Introduction
Activity Tracker was designed for use in long term care facilities, chronic care hospitals, and retirement homes. The Activity Tracker software program will allow you to input attendance, quickly and easily, for all of your group programs. One-to-one activity records can be kept easily and in detail – actually showing what type of one-to-one programming was done with the resident.
It is custom designed by you – your activities, your resident’s, your participation codes etc. Reports can be produced showing attendance records and summaries from the time frame you choose. Graphs can be produced to show what types of programs each individual resident is participating in. A report will show if your resident’s are meeting their individual goals.
