Activity Tracker will generate the following lists at your fingertips:
Add information for each resident which includes: Name, Room Number, Birth Date, Age, Sex, Religion, Diet, Admission Date, Ethnic Origin, Family Contact and Recreation Goal.
Add in all of the activities offered at your facility and group them into categories (ie) Bingo, Wheel of Fortune and Cards might be put into a mental games category.
Add in all of the one-to-one activities you do with your residents for detailed documentation.
Choose Participation codes. Numbers or letters can be used. (ie) A=Active Participation P=Passive Participation R=Refused Program
Record daily attendance for activity programs and for one-to-one programming using the participation codes chosen by you.
Print/View detailed reports of participation for each resident in the date range you choose.
Print/View graphs for each resident showing what types of programs they participate in.
Determine if residents are meeting their goal.
