The first image shows what the opening screen looks like when you open the Activity Tracker program.
The second image shows where Daily Attendance Records are inputted.
The third image is a report showing all of the activities a resident has participated in and the participation code used for each program. Each participation code is totaled at the bottom as well as a grand total.
The fourth image shows is a report showing all the activity categories a resident has participated in and the participation code used for each program. Each participation code is totaled at the bottom as well as a grand total.
At the bottom of these 2 reports it will total the number of times the goal was met and the number of times the goal was unmet.
